Founded by Linda LIU on August 18, 2003，LINDA LIU & PARTNERS is designated by the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to represent applicants in filing and Prosecuting Patent applications (agency code : 11277) and in registering trademarks.

Our firm now has 10 administrative staff, all of them graduated from prestigious colleges or universities home and abroad, and are at least bilingual. Our firm has 11 licensed patent attorneys and 4 counsel patent attorneys, a number of attorneys at law. Most of them are well experienced and enjoy high reputation in Chinese IP circle.

Our practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property laws, including patent, trademark, copyright, anti-unfair competition, trade secret, as well as other IP related legal matters. The technical fields of LINDA LIU & PARTNERS cover mechanics, electrics and electronics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, etc.
