On May 19, 2025 (PST), at the 147th INTA Annual Meeting held at the San Diego Convention Center in the United States, the China Trademark Association Forum released the “Statistics on the Service Capabilities of Top 40 Chinese Foreign-Related Trademark Agencies.”
Linda Liu & Partners secured its position on the list by excelling in core metrics such as foreign-related trademark application volume and success rates in handling foreign-related opposition cases. Guided by the China Trademark Association and based on official data from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), the ranking systematically evaluated agencies’ service capabilities across over ten dimensions, ultimately selecting the 40 most outstanding foreign-related trademark agencies.
