The latest data of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce revealed the national industrial and commercial system achieved remarkable result in the promotion of healthy development of the market participants. In the first half of this year, the new registration of all kinds of market participants totaled 5,088,500; the trademark applications that have been examined reached 659,990; the trademark adjudication cases reached 21,300; and there were 22,880 trademark infringement cases received and investigated, with case ＆#118alue of 230 million in total. 

It was introduced that with the rapid development of various market participants, the effect of implementation of trademark strategy has been gradually expanded. At present, the focus of trademark strategy is shifting to the effective use of trademark and legal protection, the role of the participants in innovation and service, and the further improvement of trademark registration, implementation, protection and administration. 

Meanwhile, a new development was obtained in the investigation of trademark infringement. Until now, the construction of trademark law enforcement information platform has been developed orderly, the regional trademark law enforcement cooperation has been strengthened continuously, and the regulatory efficiency has been improved further.
