Answering the Call of Spring: Linda Liu’s Spring Walk Ends on a High Note
“After an April shower, the sky clears into gentle calm.”
That line from an ancient poem could have been written for April 18. On this sunny Saturday, more than 50 colleagues from Linda Liu’s Beijing headquarters gathered at Chaoyang Park. They swapped formal workwear for sporty outfits and set off on a 5.2-kilometer spring walk — a lively date with the season.
The team hit the trail at 9 a.m. The theme was simple: light exercise, spring vibes, and team bonding. No racing, no competition — just a chance to stretch legs and hearts in the spring sunshine.
Along the way, three fun challenge stations kept the energy high.
Stop 1 – Giant Dice Challenge
A supersized dice was tossed high into the air and landed with a soft thud. Each person got two rolls. If the sum of the two rolls was more than six, they passed. Faces looked focused, but laughter filled the air with every throw.
Stop 2 – Creative Toss Game
Adorable morning-glory-shaped targets made a surprise appearance. Standing at a designated spot, players aimed and tossed. It was a lighthearted game that brought a sense of participation — and a little surprise with every hit.
Stop 3 – DIY Spring Petal Pinwheel
Soft pink petals spun gently in the breeze, making a soothing rustling sound. For a moment, all the work stress seemed to be blown away by the spring wind-Pure healing.
Some walked fast, while others took a slow, easy stroll. Cameras clicked, and laughter echoed along the path. By 11 a.m., everyone had reached the finish line.
Meanwhile, Linda Liu IP’s offices in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Dalian held their own walks at Gongqing Forest Park, Changmen, and Xinghai Square. Different sceneries, but the same warm spirit.
From route planning and game design to supplies and prizes, the organizing team put thought into every detail. They gave everyone a real break from busy work — a chance to relax and reconnect.
This spring walk was more than just a breath of fresh air. It was a team-building journey. The 5.2 kilometers were not long, but they shortened the distance between hearts. Moving forward, the entire Linda Liu team will carry this energy and enthusiasm into an even brighter future — together.
