Introduction: Patent invalidation is a fundamental solution to infringement litigation.

Abstract:  A world leading company D of its industry declared a war against Kangmeite, an emerging leading company in China. D filed a lawsuit to the court for patent infringement, and held press conferences for hype. Our firm represented Kangmeite for both the patent invalidation proceeding and the infringement litigation in this case, and eventually succeed in invalidating the patent of D company before the oral hearing of the infringement litigation, thus helped Kangmeite achieve a complete victory.
